I Broke my Pull Up bar

i want to get one of the pull up bars to go in the doorway.i was wondering if it would ruin the frame or paint

What are some strength exercises to do without a chin up bar that will improve my pull ups and my bent arm hang(palms facing away). What muscle groups do I need to work on and give me some exercises? I do not have a bar to practice on!

This is what it is and this iis what it do! WE mess with ALL the bars pullups, 50 a clip, push ups, 50, 75, a clip, the the dips, 50, 80, a clip, then then the 120 pound Barbell, alternating curls and ecentricks! (get it), lolthen the bench, (darness1234) 5×10 175, D_money 215, 5×15, manifest, 250 5X10, we go at our own pace and just get it done, im staying on the lite sytuff riter now because thats the mood that im in, manifest and D-money on some ole beast shit rite now! but this is what happens when you surround your self with folks like this,if you wanna smoke? go hang with smokers, if you wann have drama? go hang with that type, if you are trying to loose pounds???? cmon you allready know, you dont have to noe love them but they are not helping, if you was a alcoholic? and all of your freinds drink? how are you going to make a change if youe being ENabled to do the stuff your trying to quit? think about it?if you dont want to be boxed in with lest say??? a lose women? and every body knows the nasty things she does? then why hang with her? in other words, just do it allready every body knows what makes you fat, and what makes you healty at this point, hit me up if you ready

I can’t put it in my doorway because then I wouldn’t be able to shut my door

My closet door is about 50in.

Most pull up bars are around 30in. and the rest are way to expensive…

Any ideas?

I can do pull ups to about shoulder level but I want to be able to pull to my chest. The transition from shoulders to chest is very difficult. Any suggestions for training?

put it up and down as i please? I need one of those old classic straight bars but i dont want to drill screws in it…Someone told me they have ones that just tighten with pressure…Any ideas?
