I’m trying to get better and pull ups, or should I say chin ups because I can’t do pull ups yet. What store can I go to and buy one? And which one is the best? Are they safe too? Because I have seen videos (funny if I do say so myself), where they fall because the bar comes loose (also the over the door pull ups).

I can do 100 crunches in less then two minutes and I can run extremely fast, but I can only do 3 pull-ups, would this be enough to pass?

I have been wanting to know before i jump on my motocross bike do i pull my handelbars up before the lip of the jump just like i do on a reguler bike?

like what are the steps I need to take to make this happen?

My family owns a store and the business is slow at times so I thought I put some bars to work out, how can I? Im gonna need it to support upto 20 lbs. What are the tools, equipment, etc. needed? And approx how much will it cost?

I’ve got a fitness test coming up in school in a month or so and I’ve never been able to do even 1 pull-up, but this year my goal is to do one. However, I don’t have anything I can do pull-ups on. What other exercises work the same muscles?
Edit – I don’t have any weights/weight machine at all, so things I can do without extra equipment is best.

I live in an old basement with pretty thick cement walls and was just wondering how I could mount a pull up bar to it. Also, I know I would need a hammer drill, do places like Lowes or Home Depot rent them out?
