I want to exercise my back and lats, but I don’t have a pull-up bar or a big machine that works out your back. Does anyone know any back exercises that don’t require these things?

Been busy lately so I figured I would try to finish this one..
I am planning on doing the p90x workout and I was wondering if there is a way to get pull up bars that will not tear down the walls around me while I am working out. Any suggestions?
haha sorry I phrased that badly; I’m 170 pounds but I really want to avoid any potential damage to my house. The wall falling down was a hyperbole.
Who would have thought that buying my girlfriend a Flip HD for her birthday would end up being so damn awesome?
I’m 17 years old, 6’0 tall, weigh 143 lbs and athletic. I want to build strength and muscles and I have an iron gym pull up bar to work with which I heard works really well. Any workout routines that anyone can help me out with? Thanks.
I’m on my way to join the airforce as a pilot. I have to do 10 pull ups I need to exercise the right muscles and get up to speed in a hurry whats the best exersices to do?
I"m in good shape but I’m a big guy 6’5 230 and pull ups are really hard for me.
A couple of things that might help low budget productions make some scenes that are lower cost than filming at the Taj Mahal or White House. Also a suggestion for the use of models and toys in productions. The 1937 Alfred Hitchcock movie Young and Innocent used some toy train sequences near the end of the movie. If you want to see some real trainwreck scenes in movies I recommend The General with Buster Keaton and The Train with Burt Lancaster. Another excellent scene was in Bridge on the River Kwai. There is also a scene in The greatest Show on Earth that shows a train head on collision. There are some real trainwreck videos here at YouTube, some quite frightening.
Can someone give me like a little routine to workout with just the pull up bar. Im 5"7 and 130 pounds. Just wanna get bigger. Thanks.
Well just no weights.

Do these workouts and eventually you WILL get to the point where you can do a pull up.
I don’t really have room for a pull up bar. In the DVD’s, it shows a person using bands hung from a ceiling type thing. Will I still get decent results using this strategy rather than using a real pull up bar?
Because it isn’t motivational exercise, unless you’re scared or the one doing the crazy pull ups. The Onision site: www.onision.net
Does anyone know of a good pull up bar that doesn’t require screws? Or do most pull up bars not have screws anyways? Thanks!
