Hi, I was wonder if there are any pull up bars that I can buy that don’t require screws.I heard about one that can fit in your door war and doesn’t require screws, but I don’t know the name of it. Does anyone know any? I want to exercise but I dont want holes in my wall

‘can you do the batman’ hanging upside down from a chin up bar on just the top of your feet…
I have the iron gym pull up bar, Bt when I used it for the day, my top door frame was really loose.
Now I have to use another door, but would like to know If I can add something. Like joints or something. The p90x chin up bar uses some metal plates? Can I use that?
I can do 12-13 wide grip pull ups right now and I don’t get that sore the next day after I do them. Should I start using a weighted back pack now?
oh and yes i am going for bulk right now.

Im trying to decide whether or not I should bring a tv and dvd player to the basement(where the pull up bar is) or not. If its only a few, I probably won’t.

I want to get this pull up bar, "The Perfect Pullup", and i wanna know if it will help with building muscle, and if so how should I begin and how many should i try to do a day? (i have no arm strength whatsoever) Thanks in advanced.
So I was just curious how many push ups and pull ups an 18 year old should be able to do. I can do like 80 push ups and 12-14 pullups
