I just wanna do the p90x workout but I dont have a pull up bar because i just borrowed the dvd’s from a friend. Is it really that necessary to have a pull up bar or could I just do it without? My parents will buy me one if I prove that I can lose weight… Just wanna make sure the pull up bar wont effect the whole workout A LOT.
