1:04 look at the guy whos dancing sooooooooooooooo goooooooood
@UnseenChaos Power is energy/time. So its the comparison of energy to the time that energy is used, or a rate, a rate as to how much energy is used per period of time. Small amount of time means a higher amount of power, given that the energy stays the same. So these men are extremely powerful because they can do all this in a small amount of time. They expend great energy in just a few seconds, meaning that they can accomplish a pull up in less time than me. It takes me much more time.
@UnseenChaos
what’s the difference between power and strength?
@WiggidyWhackable Go to page 3 of the comments. I discussed it earlier with someone else. Also ripperduck below says basically the same thing but focusing on energy instead of Force. Which is the same but force relates to physical bodies and energy relates to power in terms of electricity.
Sorry. Actually what I just said is partially incorrect.
Kinetic Energy = 1/2 mass * velocity^2. Which is what ripperduck speaks of.
Power = Work / Time. Work(Strength) = Force * Distance.
Example: A powerlifter(A) bench presses a 225lbs in 1s. He has 3ft arms.
Also a bodybuilder(B) bench presses 300lbs in 3s. He also has 3ft arms.
A: 225(Force) * 3(Distance) = 675(Work/Strength). 675 / 1 = 675.
B: 300 * 3 = 900. 900 / 3 = 300.
Bodybuilder has more strength, but less power.
Fun fact. Many DII football athletes display more strength than DI athletes. But the average DI athlete displays more power. Sports require both strength and speed. On average DII athletes are slower, but are often times stronger. Yet, being stronger does not help them at their sport if they don’t have the speed/agility/reaction time to keep up with anyone. Vertical test is a great show of pure power.
@atamanaslt1 they probably hit that button on accident
This is extremely humbling…
Wow! Epic Pullups
What can i say…….amazing!
sick as always!
i dont think u guys care that much, but jumping up to the bar with weight around your feet can really damage your knees in the long run… just lettin ya know (:
на отличненько, рэперы круты
I was feeling really good about myself being able to hang with this… right up to the part where he pulls himself up with one arm. At that point I frowned.
I can do maybe 20 pull ups but when I see this clip I feel weak
This is ghetto gymnastic.
YOU GIVE ME POWER AND MOTIVATION!
truly amazing, but his legs look non-existant.

no gym in the world can give u ability to do this !!! BAR 4 LIFE
one word…
STEEEEERIIIIIIOOOOOOODDDDDDSSSSSSS
Absolutely Amazing!!
If someone is going to work on the pull up bar and dip bars, how often should you do it without overtraining…to give yourself enough time to recover.
@Comi88xxx
20 pullups in nothing to sneeze at…I wish I could do 20 pullups.
Please don’t hit me lol
This guy is a fucking pull up fanatic.
@lookwhoscomin Not really. Roids make you big and soft. Like a bag of puss with arms. These puppies take real strength
