So basically, like the question says, I have a stability ball and a pull up bar. What kind of a regimen would you recommend for the materials at hand? Also, are there any good websites with regimens for both?

A great abdominal exercise we did when I was in gymnastics is called the "L" hang. Hang on the bar, and lift your legs up so they are straight out, parallel to the floor. Point your toes if you can, and hold position for as long as you can. Then hold it a little longer. This works your entire abdomen, and gave me a great 6-pack.
