Before you say blah blah blah, keep in mind i’m not a gymnast, I’m just doing this for fun. These are called giants in gymnastics. I’ve never attempted this before, til my buddy showed me how. I’ve wanted this for the longest time, but I just never tried til now finally. I wish I tried earlier! I know soon I’ll be getting these without a spot, and outside on the pull up bars!

You’re cool, man. Like you, I always wanted to do this but never had the courage. Looking forward to see you next time I’m in Cali.
@MegaExtent well i can’t handstand on the bar and it’s still easy… it’s not even dangerous, you just kinda spin around… that’s all there is))
you should have more views….
Well done! Must try this. Thank you for sharing this.
I made a progression for getting giants. Check out the vid in my profile if you want, the progression can help you get giants fast. Your stuff is good man keep it up.
@MegaExtent Once you understand the mechanics of how they work they are really easy. It’s getting the balls to make your first one that’s scary =P
@EvoFritts
Awesome video! I definitely going to practice your progression exercises next time at gymnastics. Thank you !

GHYYYYYYEAH!!!
lol that was dope i was there i felt the adrenaline as you spun my friend lol. keep it up i always wanted to do gymnastics all the best man
Interesting Arash.. i always thought that you had a background in gymnastics because some of videos you post are in gymnastics training spaces – which then led to calisthenics and then to performances w the flying tortillas. I guess i’m also mixed up with Calisthenics and Gymnastics. Please do enlighten if you have the time, thanks. @strengthproject
Oh man I remember the first time i got a giant i was flipping out. they are hard to learn but once you get them down they arent very hard to keep. great job man.
What is the hard part? Getting enough speed? If you are low on speed then what? You just come back down like you went up if you keep your arms and body straight. You can’t have too much speed, if you just remember to hold on and not let go flying to the floor. Propably it is tricky to hold tight but not too tight.
@sketchyou I think gymnastics is competetive calisthenics based on chosen events.
lol, type “турник” in search and go kill yourself
