The P90X Pull Up Bar can be used for more than just pull ups and chin ups. If you can’t do pull ups right now than use a resistance band. You can also use the P90X Pull Up Bar to do a variety of push ups.

Whats the fastest way of getting to do pull ups?

I have no place to mount a pull up bar, so I need one with a base that I can just set up on my floor. Help?

I’m currently doing pull ups and chin ups on my the wooden rafter that holds my sisters little jungle gym thing together, and it’s killing my hands. I’m so ready for a change.

im gonna buy a pull up bar and im gonna start doign pull ups… right now i do barbell curls, should i stop doing that once i do pull ups or should i do both???… cause i heard that one of the best ways to get ur biceps bigger is to do pull ups… so?? thx for answering

I have a stainless steel pullup bar here at the house, I’ve gotten use to the Marine pull up bars on base that are wrapped in tape and the foam grips that came with mine feel funny. Does anybody know what the name of the tape to wrap the bar is called and where I can find it?

This is one of my two favortie pieces of workout equipment.
