Pull Up is a well known compound exercise for training back. It mostly targets Latissimus Dorsi (Lats) but some other back muscles and biceps are also training. great exercise for overall back width and thickness
aim to finish 10 full reps
if you have trouble even doing one, jump, and lower yourself slowly – benefiting from the negative part of the exercise, you will build enough strength to achieve a full rep
