I have a pull up bar in a doorway at home and since I can’t afford to go to a gym (not a sports gym with rings anyways) I was just wondering if there are types that can be slung over the bar somehow?
I want a pull up bar for my house that I can possibly just put in a doorway but I dont want to screw anything. Does anyone know of a pull up bar that can be put up and removed without screwing and drilling? where and how can I get it?
Pullup workout for the complete beginner who cant even do a single pullup. So many of us were needlessly traumatized in PE class because we couldnt do a single pullup. How stupid! PE classes are the precise place where they should be helping kids to get strong enough so they can do their first pullup. Teach rather than embarrass! Not rocket science. I’ll teach you how to do a pullup since your PE classes wont!!! Pullups are one of the most important bodybuilding exercises you can do and this video shows you how to do them at home even if you have no place to do them. Pullups are the exercise that give your back that cobra like flare and they work your biceps too. This is part of my continuing beginners bodybuilding series. www.scoobysworkshop.comNutrition is key to being able to add muscle! My room is in the basement and I have a ton of space but there’s no door way except at the top of the stairs and that wouldn’t be safe. What alternatives do I have? Are there affordable pull up bars that stand up from the floor?
To the genius who suggested that I put a pull-up bar over my doorway: how about if you actually read the question! I clearly explained why I can not do that!
Visit www.RIPPED.com.au to order yours today. We ship worldwide! No screws, tools or mounting is required to install this bar. Build explosive power with chin-ups and pull-ups.
Just needs to be cheap and able to mount on a horizontal surface (i.e. a roof), not a doorway.
i want to get one of the pull up bars to go in the doorway.i was wondering if it would ruin the frame or paint
I can’t put it in my doorway because then I wouldn’t be able to shut my door
My closet door is about 50in.
Most pull up bars are around 30in. and the rest are way to expensive…
Any ideas?
Are they sturdy, and do they damage the door/frame/wall? Also, I’ve looked at some and most say they support up to 300lbs, but how much does a doorway support? I weigh about 230, so has anyway around that weight tried one of these bars, and if so, any problems?
I live in a relatively newly built condo. The doors are 36". The interior is all drywall, no bricks.
