I knew a friend who just go to a door and strench the bar to the door frame that has rubber ends and he can just pull ups all he wants. I don’t want the one that has screws in my door frame. I could take it with me on vacation with ease.

I’m not sure if I should buy a pull up bar that mounts itself on your door way, the main reason is that my door way is made out of steel, So I was wondering if I can install it into my hall way. Would this totally mutilate my walls in my hall way?
it mounts itself using screws
the bar supports up to 240 pounds
I weigh some where close to half of that

Hi, I was wonder if there are any pull up bars that I can buy that don’t require screws.I heard about one that can fit in your door war and doesn’t require screws, but I don’t know the name of it. Does anyone know any? I want to exercise but I dont want holes in my wall

Does anyone know of a good pull up bar that doesn’t require screws? Or do most pull up bars not have screws anyways? Thanks!

Okay I have a few questions about pull up bars for doorways. first I have metal door frames so I can get the kind that screws in. I neee the kind that supports itself. Are these sturdy enough?? Will they cause any damage to a metal door frame? and what retail stores carry them? I see them on several websites but I would like to go buy one from a store so I can look at it first.

put it up and down as i please? I need one of those old classic straight bars but i dont want to drill screws in it…Someone told me they have ones that just tighten with pressure…Any ideas?

do they make pull up bars that dont require any screws or having to put holes around your door to install?
