My mom noticed my pull up bar is ruining the door frame and I can’t use it anymore. I wanted this at-home pull up bar so I can practice without the embarressment at failing at the gym.
If I do a lot of push ups, can I be able to gain enough strength for pull ups?

Yes if you do about 20-30 push ups a day then you can build stronger arms to do pull ups in gym. Also, if you go to the park, you might find some poles that you can practice doing pull ups. If you have any weights you can start by that as well. Just make sure that you do them everyday but don’t do too much or you might pull a muscle. Hope this helped
